Rod Pearson
Partner
Rod is a chartered surveyor who began his career at Hillier Parker and has spent over thirty-five years in senior roles at board level in public and private property companies including Greycoat plc. and Raglan Property Trust plc.
In the 1990’s he jointly founded Urbanfirst with backing from London Merchant Securities plc. Over the years Urbanfirst accumulated a significant portfolio of town centre properties throughout the UK. The company was profitably sold in 2006.
In 2013 he jointly set up George Capital a commercial property fund, which attracted a number of high net worth investors and now has assets of over £70m.
After his many years spent client side Rod now provides professional and valuation advice to tenants and landlords alike particularly on rent reviews and lease renewals.
Chris Evans
Partner
Chris is a chartered surveyor who started his career at Vigers and then moved via Citygrove to Grantchester a successful developer of out of town retail parks. In 2002 Granchester was acquired by Hammerson plc.
Chris then set up Tufton Land with a former director of Granchester. Tufton carried out a number of successful projects by direct investment or in partnership with institutions including REEF and BlackRock.
More recently, Chris has acted as a consultant to LXB, Constantine Holdings and Mantle advising on a number of large development projects.
James Dyson
Partner
After graduating in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University, James's previous position was managing the Land and Commercial team within a large South London property group.

Responsible for the day to day running of the agency, James covers commercial lettings, sales, and acquisitions in South London, and offers development consultancy for sites in London and the South East.

James has a passion for identifying development opportunities and prides himself in his ability to match property owners with the right purchaser in order to work together and maximise the return through a mutually beneficial deal structure.
